As an Intl applicant Ive been waiting anxiously for decisions, some schools instead of using a web portal for decisions are using the same ol'method..snail mail..

Now, I've been reading the forums and some people including internationals already have their acceptance letters, at some schools the decisions were released almost a week ago, three days ago etc etc...Internationals claim that their letter arrived via UPS or FedEx as Urgent.....
So, the rest of us (internationals) who haven't got anything yet (after three days or so) we are rejected. Because the decisions didn't arrive as urgent or through UPS, our letters were sent through regular snail mail....

Is my theory right?
