<p>they're saying if appealed and then fail and then try to transfer its a gurantee a rejection since they dont wish to look at an applicant's file 3 times...</p>
<p>I find it kind of unlikely that they would either keep track of such things or CARE. I mean, if anything I'd think an appeal shows how much you really want to go there. One major reason to transfer in the first place is for people who didn't do as well as they could have in high school to show at another college that they are qualified. So they're not reviewing the same file three times, they have another year or two of information that's more important than the stuff from high school.</p>
