This is the sad truth. Don’t apply for too many scholarships - after a certain point, they’ll hurt more than they help. And if you qualify for Work Study, apply for a library job! Don’t do Dorm Crew. :(</p>
<p>If you’re stressing about making $1.5-2k over the course of the year/summer, you shouldn’t. There are quite a few jobs on campus (the library being one of them) where you can get paid $10/hr and spend most of your time doing homework.</p>
<p>If you were expecting to be able to send money to support your family with a job you’d hold while at school, that might be more difficult.</p>
