I am an international student who is currently studying at MSU, and i major in accounting. I want to pursue my Master's degree in a prestigious University, and i have a very good GPA, about 3.9
Is it possible for me to pursue my masters of accounting in a prestigious University, even if my undergraduate school is not that prestigious? If i do not have very good extra-curricular activities, is it very unlikely for my application to be successful?
prestigious graduate school is like UC BERKELEY, UCLA, U OF M

Masters of Accounting?

I’m sure there are Accounting degrees you can get, without getting an MBA. Those are likely much easier to gain acceptance to than top MBA programs, and I would assume that the top accounting firms (Big 4 etc) will recruit there, too.

Doesn’t the University of Georgia have a well-regarded Accounting program?

I replied on the other thread (business forum) but I will say that I believe that the GPAs for these programs are likely to be higher than that of MBA programs, but besides that the profiles of the students are far weaker than that of top MBA students. A 3.9 GPA will be looked at very favorably.

However, i don not have very great extracurricular activities, and i am trying to find an internship opportunity too.
