Let's say that I have already filled out the FAFSA but havent apply to USC, can I still add USC into the FAFSA after i have applied to USC? Now, I am studying in a private university. I am thinking of transferring into a better and cheaper university. I had already applied to 2 UCs but I am wondering whether I should apply to USC, because they are very strong in business? However, USC is even more expensive than my current university and there is no point to apply there if USC dont give a lot of grants to transfers.

Yes after you apply, you add all the schools for which you might attend. Meaning, all the schools that you applied for. Apply anyways and see what kind of financial aid package USC will offer you. Aid packages vary dramatically between students. What's the extra 60dollars or so application fee compared to the amount of money you'll make upon graduation.

wut up transfergurl! I think its wise to say that USC is coo' wit transfers. I checked their site and they offer merit aid for transfer. First college i have seen to offer it...
