Is it worth it for me to retake the ACT's with a 33 composite score?

So I took the ACT's in April and got a 33 composite. (32 english, 34 math, 31 reading, and 35 science). I registered for the June ACT's though (next weekend) since I wasn't sure if I would get my score by then. I'm not sure if I should retake it though since english and reading are my weakest sections on the ACT's and SAT's and I doubt I'll score this high on science again. Do you think it's worth it to retake it or not? (I probably won't prepare at all for this one since I'll have finals the week after it).

I wouldnt. thats me though.

Depends on where you want to go to college and the scholarships they offer. Unless you're aiming for very tough schools, you're just fine. But if you think you have a chance at improving an already good score, by all means, go for it.

A 33 is pretty enough, i'd say. Its always easy to say youll do better though.

thanks for the comments. the schools i apply to will probably be pretty competitive schools, but not ivy level. some schools i'm definitely interested in are nyu, usc, and bc. so schools around that level. and i decided i'll probably take it unless i don't feel well since i already paid for it and there's no harm in taking it other than loosing another saturday morning.

I'm retaking my 33 after getting the same score twice. I'll be studying for it this week, but the only reason I'm taking it is because a friend and I are having a friendly competition to see who can get the better score =p

You also choose which score to send, so I'd just take it anyway since you already registered for it.

I'm thinking I might retake my ACT one more time after summer to bump up my 33. I'm primarily looking at University of Chicago and Swarthmore College.

The disparity between a 33 and a 36 is extremely minute. But, if you really want a higher score, then go take it. There is no harm done.
