Is it worth it to cancel the score?

Hello, if one thinks that on his/her second SAT the composite score could be lower than the first, but 2 section scores could be higher, would you recommend that this person cancel his/her score? If it makes a difference, the person is applying to schools that superscore and schools that require all scores (please comment with regard to each type of school e.g. do you think the schools that superstore would even care?).

If in general a slight/moderate change is okay, what kind of composite fall do you believe warrants a cancelled score?

I would not recommend that person to cancel his or her score, especially because the college superscores. You said that person did better on 2 out of 3 sections. That’s still good because the college superscores. Even if it didn’t superscore, a rise in 2 sections is usually a rise in the composite score.
