Is it worth it to go EDII? Or is RD fine?

Sat: CR710 M680 W620
ACT:31
GPA: 112-115weighted and 95UW
Navajo ancestry - does this help?
The fencing coach is recruiting me heavily and I compete internationally.
Violin 4 yrs
2 APs -Physics C
AB Calculus (Junior Year) But I attend a school that doesn't offer ap's part time (half home-schooled half public - I did this so I could train harder for fencing)
Awards for community service
National latin exam awards magna and maxima cum laude
Ranked 9th in class out of 297

I dont really have anything that makes me stand out too much besides the recruitment, so do I need to apply edII or do I have a good enough shot regular?

Hmm Navajo ancestry probably helps :) Though I think you may wanna boost up your SATs. I'm not a good judge on ACT because I've never taken it, and I don't know about your GPA either. But Physics C and your ranking should help. Any awards for fencing?

I'm having the same problem as well..I don't know whether to apply ED2 or is RD just fine.

if you would rather go to Vassar than any other college, then apply ED 2.
What you want to avoid is being accepted ED into a college which you may not fit you....

yeah I have some good results and national rankings,
I'm thinking about takin the satI's again but honestly.. haha I'm pretty lazy
and aritct, I actually really loved vassar when I visited, but I don't want to be "locked in" anywhere unless I absolutely need the boost from early decision. The Vassar campus is amazing, and the kids there are really kind. Anyways, thank you guys.
