So this is my predicament. I basically have almost a full ride to UNT, but the areas that I am interested in (Pharmacy/Stem Cell Biology) are really good at UT, but mediocre at UNT. Even with Financial aid I will have to pay 10-15000 a year to attend UT, but I have almost everything covered at UNT. So is it worth taking out loans and paying extra to go to UT to study or should I attend UNT due to my scholarships?

no, are you planning on going to medical; you are basically just going to learn about the basics and fundamental things, if you want to be researching, intern somewhere during your course at unt, save that money man

I agree you can’t give up a full ride. Plus ut is building a med school to be compete 2017 by bill gates. You can go to unt free and apply to the med school

Absolutely no! Think about graduate school and how much debt you have to lift on your shoulder.

So they quality of education shouldnt be much different for the core subjects?

Nope
