Is it worth my time on the app?

Even with a 2400 one's chance is statistically 50%~ at upper schools.

So I don't see why a 2400er posting a topic is called "arrogance".

As for this thread, I think the OP is a slight reach / weak match, which I'd say is around 40%-50%.

The only thing I can see that is possibly weak is the lack of a class rank (or low GPA).

A GPA of :"GPA: 4.128/4.33 Unweighted" is quite undescriptive (and rather low if it is compared to most other high schools). However, a 4.128/4.33 may be ranked 1 in your school, I have no idea.

Absolutly noone has anything near a 50%+ chance at a school like stanford (that is unless you are a recruited athelete/your parents donated a building). I know a couple people who had 2400's or near 2400's and got straight up rejected. Test scores and GPA are no indicator of who gets in and who doesnt (althought it obviously plays a role).

^^Im pretty sure the rate of 2400's is around 50%, it is around 75% at Harvard..

my gpa would be top 5, definitely top 10 in a class of 840 so top 1%. also, it is low primarily because of 3.9 freshman year. It was 4.25 for both sophmore/junior years, and this is where the bulk of my difficult classes are concentrated. Also, this would be a 3.98-4.0 unweighted on a 4.0 scale-our school gives a 4.33 for an A+.

uh, isomorphism, if you do happen to read this thread, you're not arrogant at all - you are actually pretty modest. I actually thought at first that these guys were being ironic by describing you that way. You're a great candidate, and any attempt to bash you is just a display of insecurity on the part of the basher. Don't put up your defense for someone who's not worth it.
