Is it worth retaking the ACT?

I am currently in 11th grade and in need of some advice. In September of last year I took the ACT and scored a 33 composite.
The subscores were: English 34, Math 35, Reading 31, Science 32.
Therefore, my question is, if my target schools range from Harvard and Stanford to UCLA, is it worth retaking the ACT? Since this is my first time taking the test, is it important to upgrade my reading and science scores? Lastly, since many schools make students report all scores, is it worth risking a lower score that I then would have to report in addition to my higher score?
Thanks for your help.

bump… please looking for advice. Anyone?

I wouldn’t retake. Your scores are within range for top tier schools. If you’re aiming for Harvard, your time would be better spent strengthening other parts of your application.

I can’t give you a straight yes or no, but if you think you could do better than a 33 with little prep, go for it. If you need to spend months of hard work to outscore your first attempt, then it probably isn’t worth it.

I don’t think it’s worth the time or money.
