Hey, based on what you said, I really think that you have a chance! I really do everything is what it should be. I bet you that some other people would tell you that your class rank is not good enough, but i really think that it is, especially because your high school is competitive. And it is a good class rank anyway. I think you should go for it and apply early, I do not see any reason that you would get in. Well, I know that it is competitive and that a lot of qualified people do not get in, but I am saying that I do not see anything that would keep you from getting in, and I do think you have a good chance. So, in my honest opinion, I think you should apply ED. I am in the same situation, I want to apply early to Brown, and I feel extremely unqualified and it’s sad and I don’t know if it is worth it, but I think it is worth a shot anyway cause I like it so much.

Anyway, yes I think you have a shot, I dont think it is irrational or out of line at all, so I definitely think it would be worth it for you.

If you really like it, apply early, but I will say now, it will be a reach. Your EC’s are fairly normal, though your grades and tests are pretty good. You have a chance though of course.

please? anyone?:[

r u flipping crazy??? u def have a chance!!! the only thing is y is ur class so damn big and why r u ranked number 140 with over a 4.0 gpa? maybe ur school multiplies ur scores differently…

By all means, apply ED if you love Brown. The major weakness I see in your application is your class rank. :frowning: It’s worth applying, though. You definitely have a chance!

Honestly, I dont think you have a chance. Like someone said before your class rank isnt great and your test scores aren’t Ivy Leauge caliber.

his test scores are fine…

@ Dolphindolphin,

How are his scores not Ivy-caliber when the middle 50% at brown is 31-36?
