Decisions have already been made by this point probably, right?.. or is there some cases where decisions are before the notification day??
There is an update that I would like to do to my application that I think that would positively affect it, however with just 2-3 days until college decisions is it worth to send it? I don’t want to give the admission officer extra work so it can just be ignored because everything has already been decided.
BUT I’d still send it in. What are they going to say, “well, we already had this guy on the admit list but now that he’s sent us this annoying letter, we’re rejecting him instead.” Worst-case scenario – it has no impact whatsoever. Best case – there’s a 1% chance that you were on the fence & this knocks you into the positive column. Why not? Life is full of chances.
Id send it. My son sent an update to 3 schools in the final week of decision time and he got 2 responses back saying thank you for the new information and it will be reviewed and added to his file. At worst, you are showing some further interest in the school.
@SouthernHope@RightCoaster You know what, the admission officer is already closed right now, but I will send it anyway. Who knows what might happen hehe Thanks for the answers!!
