I am taking my Subject tests tomorrow.
I am not feeling too confident though.
If I retake them in January, will it be too late fore these schools?

It depends. I’m retaking the SAT I in January, because a few of my schools accept them, including UVa and Cornell. You have to check each school’s website to find out which ones accept them. Good luck!

Upenn and Cornell take Jan tests as long as they arrive in time and that will happen if you designate them as your free sends to automatically receive scores upon release (that is the fastest method of delivery).

Carnegie and NYU want all tests completed by Dec but you might try to send them via a free send choice and maybe you will get lucky. Nevertheless, for NYU, you may be committing a useless act. You meet NYU’s test score requirement by any one of four options: SAT or ACT or three SAT IIs or three APs. Thus, if you have SAT and it is decent score you are done. Also, unless you have three SAT IIs, you don’t have enough to even have them considered under the third option.

Lehigh does not require but recommends SAT IIs but does require all testing to be completed by Dec test dates. Villanova requires all testing to be completed by Dec test dates but it does not require or use SAT IIs for admission; it wants only either SAT or ACT…
