Is Khan Academy a good resource for self-studying AP Microeconomics?

I was wondering if Khan Academy’s AP Microeconomics is actually effective preparation for the test. I plan on self-studying mostly the lessons on Khan, then using the 5 Steps to a 5 AP Micro book once I’ve finished all of the lessons. Would this be enough preparation to possibly get at least a 3 on the exam?

I think it would be. I have the same prep book and have looked at Khan Academy some. However, I’m also using AC/DC Econ lectures off YouTube. They’re really helpful and I recommend them if you need any extra aid in an area.

Try to purchase a cheap textbook. Before watching the video, read the chapter then if you don’t know something watch the video.

Principles of Microeconomics, 7th Edition or any edition by N. Gregory Mankiw

Krugman’s textbook for AP economics (both macro and micro) is online as a pdf. I’m doing AP Macro in school, but I have a pretty useless teacher so I’m reading up on the textbook. For micro, I am self-studying for that.

For the micro chapters on Krugmans txtbook they are going to be the last sections/modules.
