Is Likely Letter 100% admission?

<p>I got a Likely Letter from CC about 3 days ago,
and I was really happy and everything.</p>

<p>I am just slightly worried that I might not get an admission in March 30th though.
My mid year report is 4.0/4.0 and I didn't do any crime of any sort.</p>

<p>Can I expect a 100% admission? or is it like 90%? 99%? 99.9%?
I am sorry I am getting paranoid : (</p>

<p>Like were there any cases before when a student who got likely letter got rejected or waitlisted?</p>

<p>Also, is there any possibility that this email was sent to me by mistake..?</p>

<p>@Johnny445: LOL i got a likely letter from penn a few weeks ago, and my friends were joking about stuffing a duffel bag of cocaine in my locker XD</p>

<p>To be rejected at this point, you would have to be guilty of an infraction that would have gotten you rejected if you were accepted RD anyway. (fraudulent application materials, felony, serious wrongdoing, etc.)</p>
