is my act good enough for uc davis?

<p>i got a 31 + 9 essay on my act and my uc gpa is 3.65, i have taken 12 honors/ap classes. and assuming that personal statement and ec's are equal that are my chances at uc davis?</p>

<p>assuming that the "introducing the university catalog" is right. does uc davis really admit 84% of people who get 31+</p>

<p>you are underestimating yourself. my cousin got in with a 24 ACT and my sister with a 25 just a couple years ago. Their applications weren’t outstanding either. Let me give you a tip, they are building new dorms over at Davis now so they can accept more students.</p>

<p>Although, your GPA is lower than UC Davis’ average (3.79), your ACT score is much higher than the average. I think you have a good chance.</p>

<p>you aren’t for sure in, but you have a pretty good chance. my uc gpa is 3.78uw 3.83w and uc davis is my number one choice :smiley: i just took the ACT on saturday and im hoping for like a 27. great test score! 31 is fantastic</p>
