Is my ACT score going to hold me back?

<p>I currently attend a big 10 school (not Northwestern or Michigan) and have aspirations to transfer. I currently have a 4.0 gpa at my current university and am heavily involved with ECs. I scored a 26 on the act in high school. I would like to transfer to a business program or economics program. Is my act score going to hold me back from transferring as a junior to a school like Georgetown, northwestern, Michigan, etc.?</p>

<p>what schools should i be targeting? I imagine most of the ivy’s are not worth the application fee?</p>
