Is my Act score Good for my class rank

I’m in the bottom half and top 60% I have a 2.8 gpa and im currently a senior in high school I got a 25 on my act and I was wondering is that good enough to bypass my GPA and class rank or will colleges just look at my gpa and class rank and pass on me

Btw I’m applying to colleges like
Unt
Texas State
Uta
Texas tech

So it’s not like I’m aiming for ut or something

I think your ACT score is definitely good for your class rank! I know some people in the top 10% of their class who got that score. I don’t know much about those schools, but I think you’d definitely have a chance, especially if you also wrote good essays, got good recommendation letters, etc. Good luck!
