Is my AP calc mark going to kill my admission chances?

I am an international student(from Canada), looking to apply to schools such as Berkeley/Carnegie/Stanford for computer science. Most of my stats are pretty decent for these schools (I think), but I am currently getting a very low grade in AP calculus, around 75-80%.

I’m just wondering if this grade will kill or drastically reduce my chances of admission for these universities, as most if not all of my friends who got accepted to these schools received incredible grades in all their academic courses.

Yeah it will have a fairly large impact, especially for CS at those schools. First make sure it is even gonna be reported. If a final quarter/tri/semester grade is reported with a 75-80, then it was have an impact.

same but with physics, and i want to get into MIT
