My husband receives SSDI, but will be of official retirement age before my son starts college. Is he eligible for any financial aid based on SSDI status alone and if so, would that eligibility continue once he reaches that official retirement age?
No automatic aid but any untaxed Social Security benefits are not included on FAFSA (would still be included on CSS).
