Is my interpretation of intellegence and wisdom too harsh?

For a supplement I had to give my interpretation of intelligence vs. wisdom and I fear I may have come off as too harsh. I used a death filled history example as an example. I basically said that a horrible event like the example I used would be an example of wisdom at play IF it led to lasting success and accomplishment. I didn't condone the example, I just said that if it left no lasting ill impressions on the country, it succeeded in the application of both wisdom and intelligence. It's a bit like saying if Hitler was never stopped and reached a state where he analyzed every possible outcome and chose the one with the least likelihood of lasting ill will and greatest chance of success, he would have utilized wisdom. I DO NOT condone the actions of Hitler nor do I condone my example, I'm just saying if they fit that model, they would have been "wise" but not always ethical.

So, too harsh or is it fine?

Can you elaborate more on what you were getting at? I’m not seeing how it was that you differentiated between wisdom and intelligence with your example?
