Is my scheduele gonna kill me?

I have straight A’s this year and am taking two ap class, ap physics and ap world history.

Next year, my junior year, I’m taking:
AP Calculus BC
AP Biology
AP US
AP Microeconomics
AP Language and Composition

I definitely have to take APCALC, APLANG, and APMICRO. I’m just wondering if I should take APUSH and APBIO. I’ve heard that APUSH is a lot of work, but I feel like I can handle it but I don’t know how much work there is. I know that depends on the school, class, and teacher, but any experienced input would help. I was going to take AP Physics II, but I decided to take APBIO because I want a taste of all the AP science classes I can take.

What do you guys think? The only class that bothers me is APCALC but… Is it feasible? Any experience and scores in any of the above classes?

How are you doing in your current two APs? The APs you listed above are well spread out in subject areas. It’s not like you’re trying to take AP Bio, AP Chem, and AP Physics all in the same year. I think its a doable schedule. However, 5 APs is a lot for anyone so just make sure you’re putting in the effort and studying hard. You could also take AP Chem and AP Physics II next year. Which colleges are you thinking of applying to? Intended major?

AP Bio and APUSH are both quite a bit of work, but I wouldn’t say either of them are very difficult. AP Micro and Lang were super easy for me and neither has too much work. The only one I haven’t taken out of those is Calc, but if you’re good at math you should be fine! As long as you’re willing to put in the effort and can manage your time wisely, the schedule shouldn’t be unmanageable. Good luck.

@southernbelle16‌ Right now I have A’s in both of my AP classes. Yeah you do have a good point.yeah I feel like 5 AP classes would be a breeze if I wasn’t participating in sports. I do a sport for every season, but so far I’m managing great. I’m considering Cornell, Columbia, UCLA, UIUC, Duke, Pomona, etc… and have no idea what to major in. However, I know I want to major in something STEM related.

I would stick with the schedule you have above. That way you can take another AP Physics Class next year and AP Chem.

@southernbelle16‌ yeah I’m definetly planning on taking AP Chem senior year. So you don’t think I should drop APUSH for honors U.S.?

Personally, it’s not too hard. The only thing is APUSH will cover more extensively and there is more writing/analyzing. It’s honestly not that hard though.
