My school does block schedule so 4 classes per semester. Are my classes good but not overwhelming I'm taking honors bio, honors modern world, honors english 10, debate, gym, geometry, algebra 2, anatomy and physiology, photography or architecture 1, and french 3. (Anatomy, archit, debate and gym are marking period (9 weeks) we have 4 marking periods per year. Are those classes too hard for a 10th grader, all my honors classes were recommended by my teachers so I should be able to handle it. Thanks guys

My school does 4x4 block scheduling also. Your schedule seems pretty challenging but definitely manageable.

As a sophomore I took honors bio, honors modern world, honors english 10, trig, precalc, honors chem, gym/driver’s ed, and economics, so yours is probably about the same difficulty level as mine minus the math classes, but still overall a great schedule for a sophomore!

You are lucky to have block scheduling at your school. This schedules seems challenging but it will prepare you for the AP courses next year (if you decide to take them)

Bad thing about block scheduling is that you can only take 4 AP’s per year. And if you take 4 they have to be (1 math, 1 history, 1 english and 1 science) due to the fact that you have to take at least 1 of those every year and they are 3 marking periods long ( semester and a half). So i guess i can only take 8 AP’s out of 30+ but thats alright.
