<p>i recently took the SAT and received a score of 1400 i am on the varsity golf team, member of National Honor Soceity, 3.8ish GPA, first generation college student, what are the odds of a decent scholorship?? anyone got any suggestions do i apply for scholorships=when? Iam class of 2010!!</p>
<p>I’d definately retake it again if that’s your first score. I started applying for some essay scholarships in summer after junior yr. iI think the average score is 1511 in 2008.</p>
<p>If 1400 is your verbal + math then its a great score. If its all 3 of your tests, its not competitive for top schools or schoarships and you should definitely retake it.</p>
