Is my senior year schedule rigorous enough for top universities?

Hi guys! I have been having trouble working out my schedule for this year because I have been battling with my district to let me take AP Physics C but they wont let me (because no one in the history of my district has taken it before so its not an "official" class). But anyways, here is the schedule I have come up with:

Multivariable Calculus III with Analytical Geometry (Community College)- First Semester
University Physics I: Mechanics- Second Semester
AP Spanish Language
AP US Government and Politics
AP Microeconomics
AP English Literature and Composition
United States History 4 Honors (this is an internship requirement for a program I am in at school but I get credit for it as a class).

I was wondering if this schedule would be looked down upon by admissions committees at top universities like Stanford, Caltech, and some ivys? My calc class is only first semester and physics is only second so I am kind of worried that they will look at this and think I am slacking by not taking them both at the same time but there is no way for me to fit both into my schedule.

What do you guys think? Is this enough?

In addition to academics this year I will be interning at an engineering firm, captain of varsity swim and involved in other clubs and activities so it is not like I am being lazy by taking less classes.

Thanks in advance!

It looks pretty good to me.

its fine.
