Here is my schedule:
Creative Writing (or AP Literature)
Physics Lab
Physics
Economics
Study Hall
College-level English (for high school credit)
Statistics
Chorus/Yearbook

So, considering the fact that I am taking college-level English, would AP Literature be important? I'm definitely not majoring in anything STEM because that is not my strong point at all. I want to go to a liberal arts college that is close to home because I qualify for a lot of financial aid so the price is actually comparable to Penn State and other colleges that are not private. Also, would my schedule be any less "good-looking" for colleges if I didn't take AP Lit but did take College English for high school credit?
Thanks!

Are you taking a foreign language? I think it’s unusual to take two English courses, or English and Creative Writing (these are year-long courses, right?) during the same year. What is the last math class you took?
It would be a stronger schedule if you were taking a language and a math course instead of two English courses and statistics.

Since you already have your main target picked out, how are your stats compared to that school’s admission requirements? That’s the real question, not how your schedule is overall. If the school you’re aiming for thinks it’s rigorous enough, and your GC should know this if it’s close by, then the schedule is perfectly fine.

When in doubt, ask someone who might actually be familiar with the school in question, not a bunch of people on CC who may have no idea what they’re talking about.
