Can admitted (but not sent in deposit) students access MyPurdue? Or can you only access MyPurdue if you have accepted admission and sent in your deposit?

No you don’t need to accept admission to get to MyPurdue. There should have been instructions to access it on your decision letter. An I.D. and password was on the bottom of my son’s letter. If you didn’t get a paper copy, you can access it in his application status.
