<p>Is NEOCOM only for Ohio Residents? I was surfing the website and saw that from 104 students 102 were from Ohio. That means ONLY 2 weren't from Ohio. Let me just say wow! Is it even worth applying to if you're not from Ohio?</p>

<p>to be honest, there's really no point in even going there whether you are instate or out-of-state. I know a lot of people who are going / have gone and their experiences have been less than stellar. You can apply if you are out of state, but really it's mostly for Ohioans.</p>
