<p>Is New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology (New Mexico Tech) a good school?
Does anyone have any ideas? I am a little worried about jobs since it is in the middle of nowhere. </p>

<p>It is a good school and it’s only 80 miles south of Albuquerque; dorm living is the norm, students do a lot with each other. The school takes full avantage of its location, think: astronomy, geology, and ecology - in addition to applied sciences.</p>
