I am interning under the engineering laboratory at NIST (national institute of standards and technology), in gaithersburg MD, and wanted to know if colleges know about NIST or if any of you did an internship at NIST and you think it helped you when applying for colleges. Perfomed the X, Y, Z tasks/Achieved the A, B, C results for research on Fire Risk Reduction in the Engineering Lab research product as a part of the competitive internship at the National institute of standards and technology.
