Is November SAT still effective for the early action?

Hello, I am international student who currently a senior in US.
I want to ask whether I can submit November SAT for the early action.
Do colleges usually review November SAT for the EA??

Some colleges, like all the ivies, accept through the Nov test for EA or ED although you are advised to identify the college in your test application as one to automatically receive scores upon release (e.g., as one of your four free sends), which results in the fastest form of delivery, if you want to assure it gets to the college in time to be considered, and thus you have to send it without knowing your score first. Other colleges, like Stanford, require all testing to be completed by Oct. Therefore, you need to check for the last test date accepted by the colleges you are considering.

@drusba

Do u know whats the case in Purdue?
It mentioned about RD, but not EA testing deadlines tho…

Check directly with the school you are applying to. The information is likely online or else you can call or email admissions. It is not reasonable to expect posters on this forum to do the legwork for you.

Purdue does not have early action. It has only regular admission pursuant to a rolling admissions process (decisons are sent out as completed applications are received).

It has a Nov 1 priority date, by which you need to have your application submitted and all meterials, including SAT or ACT scores, in or sent by that date,for you to be in the group that is first considered for scholarships and honors programs.Thus, the Oct ACT and Nov SAT tests are too late for that.

Thank you @drusba !!

Do you think applicants usually have higher chance if they apply by a Nov 1 priority date???
I know early action definitely affects the admission, but I don’t really get the concept of the priority date.
If it is soley for the scholarship and honors programs, the chances should be the same rite?

The admission rate may be higher mainly due to the quality of applicants as most of them arr seeking merit when applied early.
