<p>gnrfan meant that Stanford is not need-blind for internationals. But if you have a REALLY amazing status, you may have a chance. Also, try applying for outside scholarships.</p>

<p>The biggest hurdle is being an international – the applicant pool for internationals is extremely competitive. The financial need would only hurt your chances a bit more. So, not hopeless, but… near it. Sorry.</p>
