<p>I have been reading a lot of negative reviews of Pace and wondering if it is really as bad as those reviews say.</p>
<p>Also, is it possible to transfer out of Pace to NYU or Columbia?</p>
<p>In high school I had a 1.9 after my sophomore year, but turned everything around and have averages a 4.0 since. My GPA averaged hasen't reached a 3.0 yet, so despite my turn around I couldn't get into NYU or Columbia, but I feel I am capable to be successful at that caliber of school.</p>

<p>You will be successful because who you are, not because where you went to school. There are many successful Pace alumni, do not worry about the negatives, those are the minority. I can’t say Pace is better than NYU or Columbia, but it is a respected institution. In my class, many students with 3.5 GPA went to big 8(big 4 now a days). If you maintain your GPA high, you will go some places.</p>
<p>PashaFarm, where have you seen these reviews? I’ve heard nothing but wonderful things about Pace. I’m really interested in Pace so would like to read something if contrary…</p>
<p>As with many schools, I am sure that programs within the school vary in reputation - valid or not.</p>
