@lastone03 where did you find $52k OOS for Penn State?
Most of the OOS flagship schools that we looked at showed a COA of ~$45K (Pitt, PSU,UNC, UofSC, tOSU). We’re in-state for FL, but the OOS COA comes to ~$45K for UF. The UC’s and UM were notable exceptions with COA’s approaching or exceeding $60K.
