Is Penn really full of rich snobs?

<p>Furthermore, anyone who thinks that Penn’s atmosphere is anti-intellectual obviously has never attended one of the myriad events sponsored by [Kelly</a> Writers House](<a href=“http://writing.upenn.edu/wh/]Kelly”>Kelly Writers House), [Penn</a> Humanities Forum](<a href=“http://www.phf.upenn.edu/]Penn”>http://www.phf.upenn.edu/), [Penn</a> Science Cafe](<a href=“http://www.upenn.edu/spotlights/penn-science-cafe]Penn”>http://www.upenn.edu/spotlights/penn-science-cafe), [The</a> Philomathean Society](<a href=“Philomathean Society”>http://www.philomathean.org/), [Penn</a> Museum](<a href=“Page Not Found | 404 - Penn Museum”>http://www.penn.museum/), or any of the other numerous “intellectual” presentations and events that occur virtually every day and night on the Penn campus (just skim the ads, listings, and announcements in any issue of The Daily Pennsylvanian to see but a few).</p>
