-i don't know what i will major in so i want to take GE classes my first semester
-ratemyprofessor.com said muller is a good teacher but i don't know if an actual GE science class is better (like chemistry 1A)
-any help is greatly appreciated!

if you're interested (or think you might be interested) in anything math, science, or engineering related, taking this class would be a complete waste - you would have to take real physics course(s) in addition. However, if you're pretty set on a more humanities-oriented major, it sounds like a fun class that would really expand your horizons.

it's an amazing class!! take it even if you are a math or science major, you learn alot, even though it's not a big math/science based, you learn about the basics of physics and how they apply to our every day lives, and to policy (foreign and domestic) it helps someone like me who can't add without a calculator to relate to people who are very numbers based, and its an interesting way to learn about science without all the work and numbers and stuff you don't care to learn.

Muller's a really nice guy, a bit self-aggrandizing but it's more funny than anything.
