I'm going to a school next year where freshman take physics, but I will be a junior next year so I don't want to take the physics class with freshman. I requested to take AP Physics B (I need to take honors precalc) but I don't if I should switch it with something else. Do you need physics later on to become a doctor?

It’s usually good to have a background on all the major branches of science, because I’m pretty sure you’ll have to take all types of science if you’re going pre-med. That being said, if it’s a freshman course, I doubt it will really do you any good. AP Physics may be a bit difficult without the intro course, but who remembers anything from freshman year anyway?

I think physics is on the MCAT

physics is amazing.

^^ Physics sucks! I had to drop out of it lol (omg a CCer dropping out of a class! (omg, I didn’t capitalize “omg”!!!))

Seems like it’d be helpful, since you want to be a doctor.
