I have done PR chem for SAT, and now that I moved to sparknotes, I see so much stuff that Ive never seen in PR chem...and I still got 770+s on the PR chem practice tests! So is PR chem that inaccutate?

PR does leave out some stuff

I made a 770 on one of the PR tests, but ended up with a 690 on the real test.

PR is fine, it's all I used and I got an 800.

Thanks! Any other comments people? I still don't know what to do, so confused...I get 700s on sparknotes tests...

Crap. I have PR and I thought it was really good..it's easy to understand but I guess it's missing some info? =[

Dang. Time to get another prep book.

Does Barrons cover the material better?

No, use PR + SN.

Note that I never got above 700 on Sparknotes but I got an 800 on the real thing :)

I probably have a few hours to study before the exam. lolcats4: I plan on finishing the SN third test, looking over all three again. Should I take the time left to read through the entire thing? I've read through part of Barron's and all of PR. I don't have some of that random stuff memorized, like what colors certain ions burn, etc., should I do that? Is there enough of that in Spark Notes?

....And should we memorize the colors of ions and the the composition of different alloys too??

Dang I was also relying on PR...Doomed!

luck boys...or girls

luck is what counts in the end

with the amount of hours we've got left.. (and the amount of coursework i never bothered to learn from ANY book at all).. i say we all hold virtual hands and pray =P

dear procrastination: it's people like you, who study too many books, that make it harder for people like me,.... who frankly...study nothing.... to score well.. i hope you get explosive diarrhea when you get your scores back (yes, im allowing enough time for you to give your test and send ur college apps in peace)

i think the insomnia's getting to me folks =/

How does PR tests compare to the real thing. Easier, harder?

^ Wondering the same thing..

For sparknotes are you guys talking about the actual books? Or like online?

Is PR for SAT II really different from the AP one?
I have PR for AP..so I don't know whether I should get another book for the SAT.and if I should get a Barrons/Sparknotes for SAT II or something instead of having another PR one..

phatmomi: lol, it's because i'm self-studying for the test

Me too. Use PR SAT and skimming through Barron AP. Don't feel confident yet :( did only 1 practice test on OG.

whats OG????

Official Guide :D the blue book :D
