I am an international applicant with a SAT score of 1730 (waiting for one more score), and I really liked Purdue's College of Engineering.
AP Scholar Award
Calculus BC: 4
Physics Electricity & Magnetism: 4
Physics Mech: 3
TOEFL ibt: 102
Have not taken my SAT subject tests as yet.
I have two national awards and have been commended by the prime minister of my country for my research paper in physics.
I have a lot of extra curricular stuff like a 3rd dan black belt in taekwondo, grade four in drums and other things.
But my high school grades are at an average around 80% (3.2 GPA). Is it realistic for me to apply to Purdue Engineering?

I’d say high match to low reach.
Who said 80%=3.2 GPA? US admission officers usually view grading system in internationals differently.

Sorry about the GPA coversion. Though I have seen students, counselors and even university representatives around here estimate GPAs this way.

which country?

India.

^Nope then. nobody does that.

Anyway. Thank you.
