I was selected to be a Questbridge finalist but I didn't rank any schools for the Match Process because I didn't like any of the non-binding schools and the binding aspect of the other schools didn't appeal to me. I understand Questbridge also "forwards" your application to other colleges if you want them to and some colleges even prefer the Questbridge one over their own app/Common App; and I assume they would retrieve the recommendations my teachers wrote for Questbridge.

The thing is, my high school limits the number of recommendations each teacher can send to just 3, so instead of choosing teachers that know me really well, I just choose some teachers that didn't know me outside of the class room to do the Questbridge rec. Ya, it was really dumb of me because if I got teachers that knew me well, I would have been able to use that one recommendation and send it to more than 3 colleges through Questbridge.

And the teachers that know me well have already sent their recs to the colleges =/

So my question is, is Questbridge application forwarding really worth it in my case? I'm considering forwarding it to some top LACs.
