Is Questbridge Right For me? (Concerns about 'legally binding' and financial aid)

So,I am a student with 0 EFC, I am a good student, I have a 4.1 and 30 on the ACT. Blah, Blah, Blah.

I was told to apply for questbridge. I am just concerned:
1. If I am matched with a college...do I have to go there?
2. What if I am matched with a college I don't like?
3. Am I even likely to get in to the program?
4. If I am matched, can I expect a free ride?

Thank you!

If I am matched with a college…do I have to go there?

If that college is not Yale, Princeton, Stanford, or MIT, then yes.

What if I am matched with a college I don’t like?

You can choose what colleges you want to be considered for.

Am I even likely to get in to the program?

Depends on how much effort you put into your application (essays in particular).

Pretty much.

So, I will only be matched to the school/s of my choosing?I’m not going to get stuck going to a college I did not want to go to?

You’ll be able to choose up to 8 school that you WANT to be match with. Once you’re match it’s binding admission with full ride. (except Yale, Princeton, Stanford, or MIT)

Good luck!
