Is Silverturtle's Guide to SAT effective?

Like can it really help on all sections on the SAT?

No he just wrote so that it wouldn’t help anyone.

Wow Linger, don’t have to be a jerk about it. I know people that have used “the best” SAT preps and it turns out that it did not help them. Im just asking if Silverturtle’s helped the majority…

I’ve received many positive responses to it, so I expect that most find it helpful in at least a few respects. My coverage of the Math section, however, is rather brief and merely focused on strategy; if you need signficant help in that section, you may need to purchase a workbook designed specifically for the SAT Math section. The Writing section of my guide has intimidated some in its apparent length, though those who do go through it tend to express having benefited from doing so.

^^ Well, silverturtle did get a 2400.

It helped me a lot in having a perfect Writing section.

No, Silverturtle is just a friendless geek who had nothing better to do than to sit at home and write a useless guide to the SAT. He was even able to convince the moderators to put his “guide” at the very top of the SAT Preparation Forum by spamming the mods with hundreds of thousands of messages in the time that most other teens would spend hanging out with friends. In addition, Silverturtle managed to get over 1200 replies to his thread/guide, most of which were people he paid to put a positive response.

Hopefully, you were able to catch the sarcasm in the above paragraph.

The grammar section is really helpful. :)

Ok, i believe that is useful. But, out of all of the people that said it was useful, 1 person said that “it was complete crap”. I do not think i should say who it was.
