Is snow going to slow down mailing of EA decisions?

Oh, but two years ago it really snowed -- I remember we were all going crazy, because we were supposed to be studying for finals and instead all we wanted to do was play in the snow.

My personal journal informs me that there was more than a foot of snow on the ground two years ago. This Friday it's only supposed to snow 2-4 inches. :)

but in jersey that's enough to cause huge accidents, cuz ya know, we're horrible drivers and such

What are these e3 cards? Do they still use em? And, apparently, everyone who applied for the class of 07 rushed to find/see theirs. After RD round, do we get to see ours?

I think you can find a link to an E3 card if you search the old forum. I thought I had it bookmarked but can't find it. An E3 card is what Matt is calling a summary card here: http://matt.mitblogs.com/archives/2005/11/reading_folders.html

Usually you can see yours during your freshman year.

Here's a link to a Tech Talk article from Oct. 2004, which mentions that freshmen may ask to look at their E3 card, but the readers' comments will have been destroyed at the end of the admissions cycle. (So all you'll see are the factual stuffs.) The article includes a clickable image of an E3 card -- Matt mentioned that last year's cards were green (better than the year with Pepto-Bismol pink cards), and this year they're canary yellow.

Thanks mootmom. I went through the archives and found the E3 card link but it's not working anymore.
