I hear that Stanford is great for undergraduate but not so great for graduate school. I hear that UC Berkeley, UCLA, and UCSD beats it in graduate school especially in engineering. Is this true?

Absolutely false, although Berkeley may be a tad better for some disciplines: [NRC Rankings](<a href=“NRC Rankings”>NRC Rankings)

Stanford has the better professional (business, law, medicine) schools. The others have some strong areas such as BME at UCSD, enginerring at Cal, etc.

I believe it is actually quite the opposite

Heidegger, you decide.

Here is engineering, but in other areas, only UC Berkeley is comparable to Stanford in graduate school rankings. UCLA and UCSD don’t even get close.
