Is taking 7 APs Junior year a good idea?

Thanks for all of your advice, guys. Unfortunately AP Bio is required at the high school if you have not taken it during your freshman/sophomore years of high school, so I can’t really back out of it. If this was not the case, I probably would not take the class at all, as per you guys’ recommendations.

What high school is it, that REQUIRES AP BIO? I’m pretty you can’t have understood righ, as it’s impossible to require AP Biology from all students. THat’d be way too many classes and too many students who take the class but can’t understand it or get 1s on the exam.
Or do you mean you’ve not taken a biology class yet?
(If that’s the case, simply take Biology Honors and Regular Physics?)

@MYOS1634 OP is attending a Residential magnet school for science, math and technology . That may actually be required at his specific school.
@ish512 Clemson requires 3 years of foreign language , USC requires 2, but 3 is recommended.

^ Thanks.
@ish512 : are you sure AP Bio is required? Since you’re a STEM magnet student it may be true but double check.

Update: for all people planning on doing this later, I am doing fine.
I ended up taking the following classes this semester:
AP English Language
AP US History
AP Calculus BC
AP Chemistry
AP Physics C: Mechanics
AP Comp Sci
And am taking Physics C EM next semester after I finish mechanics this semester. I currently have all A’s, highest in Calc BC, APUSH, and Chem (97s) but the worst in Lang (91, really hard to make A’s on major papers) and Comp Sci (92, I’m doing so much work in my other classes I just don’t try in this class as I already know the underlying structure of Java, lol), but I am still doing really well here. My only advice is to learn how to manage your time. I usually spend Sundays-Thursdays working hard on homework but give myself time to get lit (decompress) with my friends on Fridays and Saturdays.

And that’s that. Good luck to everybody and their high school pursuits!
