<p>Does anyone know if Teo Ruiz (History) is teaching any GE history classes during Winter or Spring quarter? I know he used to teach History 2c, but I haven't seen that class as being offered.</p>

no clue how budget crisis will affect 2c as course offering
2c is usually one of the largest and most popular classes to take (400+ people)</p>
