Is that easy to change major in UC Davis?

I’m an international students who wants to study EE and I want to study in UC Davis. But I think apply for such a hot major may be difficult, so when I applied UC Davis I chose Undeclared - Physical Sciences as my major. Now I’v been admitted by them. So I wonder whether I can change my major to EE after I’ve been admitted. Is that easy to change major in UC Davis? What’s the cost of change? Thanks in advance.
