Is that normal if I didn't receive any email from UCLA

Is that normal if I didn't receive any email from UCLA since the one telling me that my application was recieved? Thank you

That’s weird… Did you put down the correct e-mail address?

You should try checking the application status site to make sure you put down the correct e-mail address.

I too have not received any emails from UCLA. the only email i got was back when i submitted my application which was in november… im kinda nervous :(

I got one when I submitted my application and one asking for more information because I had academic gaps so I think it is normal. I believe they tell if you were accepted at the end of April

that’s much relief. I received most schools’ emails to inform me of signing up an account to check the status except UCLA, that’s why I’m kind nervous.

Just sign up for URSA if your information is there you can be sure they received your application

Make sure to pick a name you want as your email address though because if you do get int hat will be your permanent email address

chunkylover13 not acceptable~

I didn’t get one either. However, I did get a University of California Application Acknowledgment right after I submitted my application and UCLA was there. Just no specific e-mail from UCLA…

@peterr86

I already have an URSA account and ucla email address because I signed up for summer school. Should I create a new account using my Application ID or will they just keep the account I have now if admitted? I emailed UCLA and they said I’d get to keep my email but did not mention anything about the account.

I can help remove nervousness, what was your GPA, Pre-req GPA, and Major of choice (And backup if applicable).

With all these here, I can probably give you a near definite as to why UCLA hasn’t sent you anything…

/facepalm

So you’re saying we didn’t get email cause were Not gonna get accepted anyway?

how could you be so dense…

/facepalm

No but the only two emails that have gone out in a measurable amount were the Regent Scholarship email and the email asking for explanation regarding gaps in education.

People just seem to let common sense escape them and some sort of halfway-hysteria control them.

Get a grip people…

Rpicton, I have the same question! Will UCLA ‘merge’ my two accounts if I’m accepted? I registered for summer school already, so I have my e-mail address and URSA account.

I’m not actually entirely sure you can just try signing up again as a “new student” with the new UC id and see if that works

Re:audioslavery
my GPA 3.91, Pre-req GPA 4.0, and Major is biz-economics
member of ptk, and also tap to ucla Thx

Okay so if I had to be as specific as possible, you obviously didn’t receive the regents scholarship and you likely haven’t missed a semester of class since high school…

Yeah, I didn’t recieved the regent shcolarship. I did have an education gap for two years after high school. And I receive an email from UCSD to ask for an explanation for the gap, not from UCLA though.
