Is the ACT easier than the SAT?

<p>ive never taken the ACT before, and i was considering taking it just once before appplications, just to see if i would fare better than the SATs....any advice..</p>

<p>i would take it. i took both and the ACT worked better for me, even without studying.</p>

<p>I find the ACT to be much easier (except for the Math) because the sections aren't all split up. I have a fairly short attention span, so the SAT set-up is just annoying for me.</p>

<p>Take both... I thought the ACT was easier than the SAT. It seems like the SAT tries to trick you sometimes - I think it's a lot more logic, whereas the ACT is more common sense (or so I think).</p>
